Understand our guidelines regarding project cancellations, non-refundable costs, and refund eligibility across our digital, software, and marketing solutions.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Digitiz, a brand/unit of Allure-Rapt eServices Private Limited.
Because Digitiz provides customized digital, technology, software, marketing, consulting, branding, and development services, refund and cancellation conditions may vary depending on the nature and stage of the engagement.
Before commencing a project, Digitiz may provide a proposal, quotation, Statement of Work (SOW), agreement, or other document specifying:
Work may commence only after receiving the required confirmation, documentation, approvals, advance payment, or other prerequisites specified in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Once project work has commenced, cancellation and refund eligibility may be affected by the work already completed and resources committed.
A client may request cancellation by providing written notice to Digitiz.
Upon receiving a cancellation request, Digitiz may assess:
Any eligible refund will be determined based on the applicable agreement and the portion of services that has not been delivered or committed.
Payments may be non-refundable to the extent they have already been utilized or committed toward:
For digital marketing campaigns, payments relating to advertising spend or services already performed are generally not refundable once the campaign, media purchase, creative production, or related service has commenced.
Any unused advertising balance, where recoverable and subject to the applicable platform's policies (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads), may be handled separately.
For website, software, mobile application, or product development projects, cancellation after development has commenced may result in charges for work completed up to the cancellation date.
This may include:
Any refund, if applicable, will be calculated after accounting for completed work and committed costs.
If a project is delayed because the client has not provided required information, content, approvals, credentials, payments, or feedback, such delay may not constitute grounds for a refund.
Digitiz may revise project timelines accordingly.
Digitiz may suspend or cancel an engagement where:
Where applicable, financial settlement will be handled according to the relevant agreement.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank, financial institution, or other payment service provider.
A change of business preference, strategy, design preference, internal decision, management change, or similar circumstance after work has commenced does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Requests for changes may instead be handled through the applicable revision or change-request process.
Digitiz may use third-party platforms, software, hosting, APIs, advertising platforms, plugins, licenses, or other services.
Refunds for such services will be subject to the applicable third-party provider's refund and cancellation terms.
Refund or cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to our Accounts Department:

Digitiz may request additional information before reviewing and processing the request.
If a client has concerns regarding a payment, deliverable, cancellation, or refund, we encourage the client to contact Digitiz first so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved commercially wherever possible.
